After contacting Internship Makers, one of our agents will get in touch with you to better understand your expectations and your profile. After you choosing the internship positions you prefer among a list, we will send your CV to our partner companies. As soon as an interview is scheduled a deposit of 80 euros is required. Once the host company decides to take you on board, the full amount of our service will be asked, then you will receive your training agreement signed by the host company.
In short :
You don’t pay anything unless we have results for you !

The first payment of 80 euros will be requested once an interview is lined up.
The second payment (the package price minus the previously paid 80 euros) will be requested once the internship request is met with a positive answer by the company.
So there are no refunds (except for specific cases). – the process
After paying the deposit of 80 € when do I pay the balance of the provision?
Once we have your confirmed internship placement with the company, we ask that you pay the package you’ve chosen (and any additional services you’ve requested). Once payment is received, we’ll send your internship agreement signed by the company and all the necessary documents.
What if I decide to withdraw after paying the deposit?

Do I need a VISA?
Being a student and going to do an internship abroad does not necessarily exempt you from getting a visa. However, a visa is not always required, as it depends on a number of criteria: the country where you are from, agreements between your country and the destination and how long you will stay in the country of destination.
Nationals of the European Union or Schengen do not need a VISA to travel to London, Paris, Madrid or Malta (Only the ID is needed).
There are a multitude of different visas: Long Stay Visas for France, J-1 Visas to the U.S. Tier 4 Visas to the U.K., Student Visas to Spain… We recommend you to contact the embassy of the chosen destination as soon as possible, in order to get a visa if necessary. Note that for some countries (ie the United States), the visa application process can be very long. Consequently make sure you apply early enough (at least 3 months before departure).
Should you need further information, feel free to contact our Internship Makers team, we will do our best to assist you.
