Skills and qualifications required:

– Studying for/in possession of a degree in HR, business, marketing, communication or similar
– Good level of English (B2) and other European Language
– Strong computer skills including MS Office, knowledge of Adobe suite, Photoshop, illustrator would be a plus, but NOT a necessity
– Organized and effective manager of time
– Positive attitude towards work
– Good communication and interpersonal skills

The company offers its clients a range of services including, talent search and acquisition, multilingual recruitment, industry/employment market knowledge and several others. The company aims to deliver services to the highest standards, meeting all of its clients expectations.

Responsibilities and Duties of the intern:
– Finding CVs from a variety of sources, including job websites
– Researching and analysing websites for value of posting ads with them
– Helping recruiters with day to day tasks
– Creating and Posting ads for vacancies the different communication channels
– Evaluation and assessment of the candidates
– Screening CVs and interviewing candidates
– Creating and distributing mass emails
– Contacting and following up with the candidates
