Tasks and Responsibilities of the intern:
– Assist the Executive in weekly rosters
– Monitoring Vacation leave and sick leave for the Kitchen team members
– Following any issues with regards of HACCP responsibilities
– Monitor HACCP responsibilities
– Write menus
– Any other day to day tasks
