Description of the company

The company is a multinational specialized in pharmaceutic products. They take care of all stages : from the production to the marketing. They are well known in the luxury market of derma-cosmetologic products. They have offices in Malta, Paris Champs Elysées and in Roma.

Tasks and Responsibilities of the intern :
-The intern will mainly work as an export sales executive assistant to look for new distributors
– Collect information and add it to the company data base
– Assist with logistics
– Obtain freight quotations, filling up claim forms
– Follow the sales and marketing of the distributors
– Work on statistics reports
– Management and improvement of the distribution channel

The intern will also assist the Marketing team:
– Develop the brand notoriety by contacting online websites to promote content related to the company products
– Translate some marketing content
– Promote products through doctors and specialists
– Organize events for specialists
