– Currently studying topics related to Hospitality, Leisure, Event or similar (3rd or 4th year)
– Some first professional experience (even if not related to your education)
– Fluent English (B2/C1)
– Speaking Dutch would be an asset but is not absolutely necessary
– Organized and detail-oriented
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Team player, with strong work ethic

Description of the company: This company is a large, multifunctional enterprise that offers a range of services in the areas of events and communications. They have a broad range of clients, both in the Netherlands and abroad. They help their clients to organize, host and run events, based on their needs.
Responsibilities and duties: during this internship you will learn how to organize an event from A to Z by performing the following tasks:
– Coordinating different independent projects for exhibitions, congress or fairs
– Create concepts, plan and monitor the projects you are working on and their related sales activities
– Set up action plans, prepare quotations and contact with the company’s suppliers
– Support the team by organizing meetings, checking the different events and report on them
– Help with sales and marketing activities by corresponding with exhibitioners for instance
– Support departments with related administrative tasks when needed
